Stephen Roberts

Stephen worked for Vision in Business and IIR Training in the late 90s, producing technical telecoms and management training events. From 2001 to 2006, he headed the global ICT practice at CIC, Europe's leading and largest competitive intelligence specialist, where he managed programmes for blue-chip clients such as BT and Microsoft, basing actionable insight into competitors on rigorous field research. He now divides his time between freelance conference production and other projects which use his competitor research and market analysis skills.
